The debugging skills for the installation of any set of automated production equipment are "horizontal, vertical, and concentric". First of all, no matter which rodless cylinder is debugged, we must understand its characteristics and the detailed technical requirements of the customer. Here are some common debugging skills for everyone.
1. Understand the characteristics of rodless air cylinder (including appearance, size, tolerance, structure, process, etc.).
2. Wipe the rodless pneumatic cylinder parts (including standard parts and non-standard processed parts) clean, pick out the core rodless air slide parts, and start assembly and debugging from the core parts. During the assembly process, the accuracy of the installed parts should be checked and measured to ensure horizontal, vertical, and concentric problems
3. For the single pneumatic rodless linear actuator push-pull or lifting part, it should be ensured that the pull is in place, the push is also in place, and there should be no abnormal resistance.
