In general, there are several precautions for the use of Rodless Cylinder:
Before use
(1) To remove rust, foreign matter and waste water in the piping, please install the filter as close to the directional control valve as possible. (2) Please use corrosion-resistant piping materials such as galvanized pipes, nylon pipes, rubber pipes, etc. (3) For the piping between the cylinder and the directional control valve, please confirm whether its cross-section has the effective cross-sectional area required for the specified piston speed. (3) Before piping, please use compressed air to remove foreign matter, chips, etc. in the pipe. (4) When connecting to the component product, please do not mix foreign matter such as sealing tape and adhesive. (5) The load applied to the piston rod should always be kept in the axial state.
After use (1) The most suitable temperature for using the rodless cylinder is 5-60℃. When the temperature exceeds 60℃, please consider the material of the seal; if the temperature is lower than 5℃, accidents may occur due to freezing of water in the circuit, so please consider preventing freezing. (2) Please do not use the rodless cylinder in an environment with corrosion risk, otherwise it will cause damage or malfunction. If you must use it in such an environment, please contact us. (3) The compressed air used must be clean and low in moisture. (4) The purpose of the buffer is to use the compressibility of air to absorb the kinetic energy of the moving parts so that the piston and the end cover will not collide at the end of the stroke. (5) The pneumatic buffer is adjusted at the factory. If the actual load changes, you can slowly turn the needle valve to the right to adjust the buffer. It will decrease when it is turned counterclockwise. (6) Do not use the cylinder directly in an environment with cutting fluid, coolant, dust and splashes. If it is necessary to use in this environment, please add a dust cover to the cylinder. Others (1) Using the cylinder in an inertia situation that exceeds the allowable range may cause damage to the cylinder. (2) Please do not knock the cylinder shell to cause scratches, which will cause malfunction. (3) Please install on a horizontal surface. If the installation surface is uneven, it may also cause malfunction. (4) Pay attention to the inertial force of external forces, which may sometimes cause inertial negative pressure in the cylinder, causing the sealing ring in the cylinder to detach and cause leakage.
