Rodless Cylinder, including: a cylinder, an end cover at both ends of the cylinder, an inner steel belt, an outer steel belt and a piston assembly, two small grooves are arranged on both sides of the notch to place two magnetic strips for adsorbing the steel belt, and an adjustable buffer valve and an air supply hole are arranged on the cylinder cover; the two cavities pass through a certain air pressure difference, and the buffer adjustment mechanism is used to discharge the gas in the sealed cavity with a lower air pressure. The piston reciprocates axially along the notch under the action of the air pressure difference. The piston, piston frame, guide block and load frame are combined into one body, and the load frame moves with the movement of the piston. This new type reduces the piston rod of the ordinary cylinder and saves installation space. The end cover is provided with an adjustable buffer valve to provide different buffering strengths according to the different movement speeds of the piston. The movement mode of the piston assembly is also different from that of the rod cylinder and has strong anti-rotation performance. The square-section cylinder has higher rigidity as the support body of the load.
