How to extend the service life of heavy duty rodless cylinder is a very concerned issue for many machinery manufacturers and magnetic rodless cylinder users. Extending the service life of magnetic type rodless cylinder can save costs and improve work efficiency to a certain extent. magnetically coupled cylinder is used for pneumatic applications, which is more common in industry and requires compact installation and wide stroke possibilities. So how to extend the service life of magnetically coupled pneumatic cylinder?

Note: CY3Bmagnetically coupled rodless air cylinder saves installation space, has less installation space than ordinary cylinders, and has a larger stroke than ordinary cylinders.

First of all, rodless air cylinder price should be installed and used correctly under the premise of correct selection. rodless band cylinder Improper installation and use will cause damage to the cylinder, thereby reducing the service life of the cylinder and affecting the work efficiency of the pneumatic system. Improper use will cause rodless cylinder price damage and also affect the use of mechanical equipment. So how to correctly install and use rodless cylinders?

(1) When installing a rodless cylinder, the piston rod of the main cylinder should not bear eccentric loads or lateral loads. The load cloud top direction should be consistent with the axis of the piston rod. For long-stroke cylinder loads and piston rods, it is best to use a movable V-joint or articulated joint; regardless of any installation form, the cylinder mounting base must have sufficient rigidity;

(2) When the rodless cylinder body is used horizontally, the "three-point method" can be used for inspection: first, connect the piston rod to the load. When the piston rod is fully extended, place a level gauge in the middle of the rod to observe the horizontal situation; secondly, when the piston rod is in the middle position, place a level gauge on the piston rod near the front cover of the cylinder to observe the horizontal situation; finally, when the piston rod is in the retracted position, there should be no tension phenomenon;

(3) For rodless cylinders with front and rear flanges and tripod installation, the mounting bolts should be prevented from directly bearing thrust or tension loads;

(4) For cylinders with a single earring at the tail or a swing cylinder in the middle, the piston rod should be placed in a horizontal position. The position of the connecting pin at the top of the plug rod should be in the same direction as the position of the mounting shaft; the single or double ears or swing shaft at the tail should have a clear gap with the mounting bracket;

(5) After the rodless cylinder is installed, it should be operated 2-5 times under no-load pressure to check whether there is any abnormality in the cylinder buckle;

(6) When adjusting the cylinder, if there are certain requirements for the speed of the cylinder movement, the cylinder system must be installed with a one-way throttle valve. Generally, the cylinder speed is relatively stable when the cylinder is installed horizontally and the exhaust throttle cylinder speed is relatively stable; when the cylinder is installed vertically and the speed is adjusted by the intake throttle, the cylinder should first be connected to the load, the speed regulating valve should be adjusted to the middle position of the adjustment range, and then the output pressure of the pressure reducing valve should be adjusted. When the cylinder speed is close to the specified speed, it can be determined as the set pressure and then the speed regulating valve (one-way throttle valve) can be used for fine-tuning;

(7) When using an adjustable buffer rodless cylinder, open all the buffer regulating valves before operation, and then gradually increase the damping until you are satisfied.

When installing and using a rodless cylinder, you must follow the above steps. Correct installation and use of the rodless cylinder can avoid damage to the rodless cylinder caused by improper operation and can also make the rodless cylinder last longer.
