Rodless Cylinder The quality of sealing can be judged by testing the cylinder compression pressure. The main tool is the cylinder pressure gauge. You can refer to the following rules:
1. Low pressure appears in two adjacent cylinders, while other cylinders are normal
2. In multiple measurements, it is found that the pressure readings of some cylinders fluctuate
3. Low pressure reading
4. High pressure reading
Solutions that can be tried:
1. For the problem in 1 above, consider whether the cylinder head bolts are tightened or whether there is leakage between the two adjacent cylinders
2. For the problem in 2 above, check whether the valve is closed tightly
3. For the problem in 3 above, inject lubricating oil and test again. If it still doesn’t work, check whether the valve is closed tightly again
4. For the problem in 4 above, check whether there is too much carbon deposit
