The installation method of Rodless Cylinder mainly involves the following steps and precautions:
Check the cylinder: Before installation, check whether the cylinder is damaged during transportation, check whether the tie rod nuts or threaded connections at both ends are tight, and remove the anti-rust oil and protective cover.
Avoid direct load on the bolts: For cylinders with front and rear flanges or tripod installation, try to avoid the installation bolts directly bearing thrust or tension loads to ensure the stability and safety of the cylinder.
Test under no-load state: After installation, the cylinder should be run 2-5 times with pressure under no-load state to check whether there are any abnormalities inside the cylinder and ensure that the cylinder is in normal working condition.
Speed adjustment: If there are specific requirements for the movement speed of the cylinder, the cylinder system must be installed with a one-way throttle valve. For horizontally installed cylinders, exhaust throttling can make the cylinder movement smoother. For vertically mounted cylinders, when using air intake throttling speed control, the cylinder should be connected to the load first, the speed control valve should be adjusted to the middle position of the adjustment range, and then the output pressure of the pressure reducing valve should be adjusted. When the cylinder speed is close to the required speed, the set pressure can be determined and the speed control valve can be used for fine-tuning.
