How Rodless Cylinders Differ From Basic Cylinders
Publish Time: Author: Site Editor Visit: 6
The rodless differs from the basic cylinder in that there is no piston rod extending out of the cylinder body. Instead, the internal piston is attached to an external bracket. The rodless actuators is ideal for long stroke applications, as the compact rodless cylinder is not affected by rod overhang, flexing, piston binding and uneven seal wear, and the double acting rodless cylinder is suitable for tight areas where space is limited.
