1. Concept of guided rodless cylinder
The origin of heavy duty rodless cylinder is Germany's Origa Pneumatic Equipment Co., Ltd. The concept of rodless cylinder was first proposed and implemented by Origa. With its advanced technical research and development strength, Origa opened the door to the rodless era. magnetic rodless cylinder saves space for equipment integration.
magnetic type rodless cylinder refers to a cylinder that uses a piston to directly or indirectly connect an external actuator and make it follow the piston to achieve reciprocating motion. The biggest advantage of this type of cylinder is that it saves installation space. It is divided into magnetic couple magnetically coupled cylinder (magnetic cylinder) and mechanical magnetically coupled pneumatic cylinder.
2. Style of magnetically coupled rodless air cylinder
(1) Magnetic couple rodless air cylinder price: The piston drives the moving body outside the cylinder to move synchronously through magnetic force. Its working principle: A set of high-strength magnetic rings is installed on the piston. The magnetic lines of force act on another set of magnetic rings on the outside through the thin-walled cylinder. Since the two sets of magnetic rings have opposite magnetic properties, they have strong suction. When the piston is pushed by air pressure in the cylinder, it drives the magnetic ring sleeve outside the cylinder to move together under the action of magnetic force. The thrust of the cylinder piston must be compatible with the suction of the magnetic ring.
(2) Mechanical contact type rodless band cylinder: A groove is opened in the axial direction of the cylinder tube, and the piston and the valve move in the upper part of the groove. In order to prevent leakage and dust, stainless steel sealing bands and dustproof stainless steel bands are used to fix the openings on the cylinder heads at both ends. The piston rack passes through the groove to connect the piston and the valve together. The piston and the valve are connected together to drive the actuator fixed on the valve to achieve reciprocating motion.
